Toni's Journey at Spring GDS Canada:
Toni commenced her tenure with Spring GDS Canada in April 2014, coinciding with a phase of corporate restructuring. Since her arrival, she has assumed a pivotal role encompassing both the traditional mail sector and the growing e-commerce segment. Initially tasked with this restructuring phase, Toni inherited responsibility for the Canadian customer portfolio from six dispersed sales representatives. Leveraging this challenge as an opportunity, she streamlined sales methodologies and refocused efforts on expanding and fortifying the mail presence throughout Canada.

In 2017, Toni’s professional trajectory evolved in tandem with Spring GDS Canada’s strategic pivot towards e-commerce. This strategic shift unlocked substantial potential within the Canadian market, empowering Spring GDS Canada to offer a comprehensive suite of US and international mail and parcel solutions. With the integration of international parcel services and the advent of IOSS compliance, Toni’s role underwent a transformation, enabling her to provide education aimed at facilitating seamless international package shipments for her customers.

Recognizing the divergent demands of the mail and e-commerce segments, Spring GDS Canada implemented a tailored approach, segregating these sectors into distinct operational units. In acknowledgment of her exceptional contributions and adaptability, Toni now assumes the position of Director of Sales for Spring GDS Canada’s Mail Division. In this capacity, she is entrusted with safeguarding and augmenting the portfolio of US and international mail solutions amidst the dynamic currents of today’s marketplace landscape.
