Do I need training for using MySpring?

How do I give access to my Mailing House?

What permissions are linked to the different roles?
There are four different user roles available in MySpring.
Customer User Admin: This role has all permissions, including adding new users.
Customer User: Has all permissions, excluding adding new users to the system.
Logistics User: Has all permissions, excluding adding new users to the system and seeing invoices.
Finance User: Can only see the invoices.
How do I edit user details in MySpring?

Do I need a special printer for printing my shipping labels?
No, you don’t need a special printer for using MySpring.

The MySpring portal is compatible with the following browsers/devices:

My account in MySpring: questions and answers
How do I log in for the first time?
As soon as we have registered you, you will receive your activation link via e-mail. The activation link will be valid for 48hrs. Log in with your email address, set your own password and start preparing your shipments.
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
1. Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link at the bottom of the login screen.
2. Enter your email to get a password reset email sent to you.
3. Check your inbox and click on the link in the email to change your password.

I can’t access my MySpring account, what should I do?
This issue can occur if you are entering an incorrect username and or password. Please check if you have entered it correctly. If it's still not working, please contact Spring GDS Canada Customer Service department.
Why does my dashboard look different than my colleagues?
The information that is shown on your dashboard is linked to your account permissions and therefore shows different information as other modules.
Creating an order in MySpring: questions and answers
Where can I create an order?
1. Click on the CREATE ORDER - button on the left of your screen.
2. Choose if you want to upload multiple orders at once or create orders one by one.
3. The easiest way to upload multiple orders is to click on 'upload multiple orders'. Open the Excel template by clicking on 'download it here'. Enter the necessary data according to our template and you can upload the excel-file. Per line, a separate order is created.
4. If you want to upload orders manually, click on 'new mail order' and enter the order information. Note that fields with a * are mandatory fields."
I can’t find the product that I want to use.
Only products and destinations you have a contract for are available within MySpring. If you are interested in sending to more destinations please contact your Sales Manager directly.
How can I edit or delete orders manually?
All orders that are not yet confirmed can be edited or deleted. You can edit order information when you are creating a new order by clicking on the 'edit icon' in the steps that you already completed. Also, in the 'order confirmation tab, you can click on the three dots on the right to edit or delete an order.
What is the difference between the external and internal tab in the order confirmation module?
This tab is meant to distinguish orders that have been created by your own company (Internal) and orders that have been created by a mailing house or other third-party logistical companies on your account (External).
How can I export an overview of my order history?
1. Click on the ORDER HISTORY- button.
2. Click on the 'export' button that is shown below the list of orders.
3. An Excel file showing your overall order history will be opened
automatically.
How can I download my consignment documentation?
Once you pre-advise your orders to Spring GDS Canada, your orders have been confirmed. On this confirmation page, you can print and download your consignments or your consignment summary.
If you would like to reprint your consignment documentation at a later stage, you can click on the ORDER HISTORY - button. On every order line, you can click on the three dots to download the consignment documentation. Note that you can only download this documentation if the order is already pre-advised.
Invoice questions in MySpring: questions and answers
How can I view my invoice online?
1. Click on the INVOICES button on the left of your screen.
2. Click on the three dots in the line of the invoice you would like to download and choose to open the invoice either in Excel or in PDF.
Additionally, you can search on Customer Number on the left upper side of the box and limit the viewing to a certain timeline in the middle upper side of the box.
I can’t explore the invoice to .XLS.
